We began our journey in 2016 to provide high level wrestling training to youth wrestlers in Idaho.  

From the beginning, we had a vision to evolve wrestling practice into a training system to enhance the entire training experience.  We wanted to use training principles from other sport disciplines to quickly develop our wrestlers and increase the ‘fun’ factor.

Legacy Wrestling Academy trains its members to reach their full potential in wrestling and in life, by building a foundation for them to become future leaders of the highest character.

It is our mission to create outstanding wrestlers on the mat, regardless of experience level, and develop outstanding citizens with a strong ethical compass off the mat.

We are excited to welcome new and returning wrestlers! We offer practices for both beginners and advanced wrestlers. Whether you are returning from last season or looking for a new club to join we would love to have you. If you have any questions please feel free to email us or stop by one of our practices.

Practices:

  • Advanced Wrestlers

    • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday - 7:00-8:15

  • Beginner Wrestlers

    • Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday - 6:00-7:00

    • Please Note: When Treasure Valley Wrestling League scrambles occur on a practice day our beginner wrestlers will attend those events instead of practice. Scramble fees are included in club costs.

2023-2024 Gear

Our Gear store is currently open until january 15. Our Legacy gear store will be open periodically throughout the year. gear turn around time is roughly 4 weeks from the store closing date. visit our gear store page for more info.

USA Wrestling Memberships

All wrestlers must have an active 2023-2024 USA Wrestling Card to participate in practices and to attend USA Wrestling tournaments. Memberships can be purchased here: www.usawmembership.com. Parents/wrestlers are responsible for purchasing cards for their athletes. Thank you.
